Ownership of the website and of the relationship

Athletic.it is a registered trademark owned by Roberto Ferraresi, with head office in Via Novara, 123 – 20153 Milan – Italy, VAT number 04866200159. Purchases are regulated by the Italian distance selling laws (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).

Sales Conditions

The products sold on the website are all VAT inclusive. The products shown on the website are considered available for immediate delivery, subject to transport timing by courier, unless otherwise indicated. In the event that the requested product is out of stock or not immediately available, the buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail or telephone. Athletic.it reserves the right not to conclude the order and assumes no responsibility, without this resulting in any obligation for compensation to the buyer. The purchase agreement is confirmed by the buyer when the purchase procedure on the website is concluded.

However, for Athletic.it, the contract is concluded only when the shipment took place and the customer is notified with an e-mail confirmation. Anything not specified is regulated by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance selling contracts, that is carried out outside commercial premises.

Visual graphic of the products shown on the website

The visual graphic of the products (images and descriptions) is made for the sole purpose of displaying the product and is purely indicative; the products may therefore differ from what is shown on the photo/video for obvious reasons of chromatic settings of the potential buyer screen. The images displayed are, in most cases, provided by the manufacturers and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation as a result of changes made by the manufacturer itself; therefore Athletic.it assumes no responsibility if such modifications do not change the functionality and intended use of a product (e.g. a logo of a different color or a different printing or published on a different site).

Origin of the products

Athletic – Athleticweb Company supplies only original products supplied by the manufacturer of the brand displayed and these products are covered by the Manufacturer Official Warranty.
